Adventist Echo accepts articles and photo submissions from the public. The team seeks to partner with writers within the  Southern African-Indian Ocean Division. (SID) This will ensure that we get the news that is not only current but representative of our territory. In order for this to be successful, there are some guidelines we would like for you to follow.

When submitting a news article, here is a simple outline of questions you can answer in order to have an informative article.

5 Ws and  H

• Who is it about or who was involved?
  

• What happened?
  

• When did it happen?
  

• Where did it happen?
  

• Why did it happen?
  

• How did it happen?
  

Length of current news:

News feature: 500 to 800 words

News brief: 50 -100 words

Any other submissions:

Opinions, Devotions, Church History, Personal Testimonies

Length of article: 300 to 700 words
